In some cases, it is also utilised to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the blood vessels that supply the lungs). According to the National Library of Medicine, Fildena 200 can be effective for up to 36 hours after just one dose, unlike other medications that can be effective for a few hours after the pill is consumed.
